As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance performance and resiliency across Razor Cloud services, we will be performing non-service impacting updates to our platform starting on Friday, December 12th.
Maintenance Window When: Friday, December 12, 2025 after 6 PM ET through Sunday, December 14th at 10PM ET.
What’s Changing Routine system updates. Workloads are dynamically transferred throughout the process to eliminate downtime.
Customer Action No action is required. We recommend avoiding major changes or maintenance in your environment during this window. If you have mission-critical activities scheduled at this time, please contact us so we can coordinate.
Updates & Notifications Updates will be provided at the start of maintenance and upon completion.
